     What is Dynamic Meditation?

Dynamic Meditation from OSHO is a powerful, hour-long active meditation designed to release emotional blocks, purify the body and mind, and increase awareness. It consists of five stages, each with specific activities to awaken your inner presence and cleanse your heart and mind.

     Stages:

    1. Breathe Chaotically (10 mins): Breathe deeply and intensely through your nose, focusing on exhaling.

    2. Explode (10 mins): Express emotions freely—scream, cry, jump, dance.

    3. Jump (10 mins): Jump with arms raised, shouting "Hoo!".

    4. Stop (15 mins): Freeze in place, remaining completely still.

    5. Celebrate (15 mins): Dance and enjoy the moment.

    Benefits:

    - Boosts immune system

    - Reduces stress

By using bolsters, blankets, and other props, the body is able to be totally supported as it holds poses for a longer period of time which then promotes a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. Add to these experiences, the healing energy of Reiki.  This Japanese form of stress reduction will guide you to a deeper connection to the natural life flow.

  • In the tradition of the yoga community, we invite you to satsang.   Satsang is the opportunity to come together in community to share safe, sacred space. Satsang means “a spiritual discourse” or “sacred gathering.” Together we will circle together for chanting, meditation, readings from yogic texts and teachers, a monthly topic, and community. This is a family-friendly event, and children of all ages are welcome. Neem Karoli Baba said “Love everyone. Feed everyone. Remember God.” Let’s do that together. A portion of the donations collected will benefit charity.
