  • Diem is a licensed acupuncturist & practitioner of Oriental Medicine with 17 years of experience. She holds a BS from Penn State and a Master Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin (AOMA). Her training at AOMA provides a strong foundation and a strong emphasis on the synthesis and integration of the five branches of Chinese Medicine. The five branches are: Acupuncture, Oriental Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Body Work (Shiatsu and Tuina) and Energetic Medicine (Meditation, Tai Chi and Qi Gong). Diem Nguyen was inspired to the study of Chinese medicine by her mother’s struggle with life-threatening illness. The birth of Diem’s older sister left Diem’s mother completely paralyzed on one side of her body. After three months of failed hospital treatment, Western doctors gave up, saying her condition was untreatable. However, one year of Chinese herbal medicine cured Diem’s mother, and Diem decided as a child that she wanted to be an herbalist like the master who had saved her mother’s life.

Natalie Manchorov, MAc, LAc, CHHP

  • Natalie’s journey into acupuncture began with her own health struggles, which led her to explore alternative medicine after finding limited answers through conventional approaches. Inspired by its transformative effects, she pursued a Master’s degree in Acupuncture at the Won Institute and became an NCCAOM board-certified and licensed acupuncturist. She holds specialized certifications in scalp acupuncture from the Neuro-Acupuncture Institute in New Mexico, and is furthering her studies in Kiiko Matsumoto Style (Japanese-style) acupuncture. In addition to acupuncture, Natalie is a certified holistic nutrition consultant through the Academy of Healing Nutrition in NYC. With a strong understanding of how acupuncture and nutrition-based care can change lives, she is deeply invested in helping others experience the benefits of holistic healing.

    Natalie specializes in neurodegenerative diseases and neurological disorders, including Parkinson's, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, PTSD, post-stroke symptoms, ALS, and traumatic brain injuries, where she couples acupuncture with laser therapy. While these specialties are close to her heart, Natalie welcomes all patients seeking support for their health. Cameron Gildea, INHC

  • Cameron first discovered the benefits and limitless possibilities of using food as medicine while dancing professionally in Seattle, Washington. She became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is continuing her education at American College of Healthcare Sciences.

    Cameron takes a functional medicine approach to holistic health, guiding clients toward greater well-being by identifying and addressing the root causes of their health concerns. She is passionate about the power of real food and the mind-body connection, helping individuals harness their body’s innate intelligence for true healing. With a focus on integrative nutrition, Cameron empowers clients with personalized tools to restore balance, optimize health, and reverse dysfunction or disease.

    As a functional medicine health coach and nutrition counselor, Cameron provides tailored guidance to help clients select the right foods for their unique biochemistry, ensuring they meet their health goals.   • Kristen Andrews has spent over 30 years exploring the connection between mind, body, and energy to help people break through physical and emotional barriers to healing. With a background in psychology, exercise physiology, and integrative medicine, she blends modern science with ancient healing traditions to support those seeking alternatives to conventional healthcare. Her journey began in the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York, where a deep connection to nature shaped her understanding of balance and well-being. She went on to earn a degree in psychology from William Smith College, followed by a master’s in Exercise and Sport Studies from Smith College. As an elite rower and later a Division I rowing coach at The Ohio State University, she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s potential and the importance of alignment—not just physically, but mentally and energetically. Her passion for holistic healing led her beyond traditional sports and wellness into energy medicine and holistic health coaching. Under the mentorship of a Harvard PhD-turned-energy healer who lived with OSHO, she discovered her gift for hands-on healing, eventually becoming a Medical Qigong Practitioner in the lineage of Jerry Allen Johnson, DMQ. This powerful form of Traditional Chinese Medicine—sometimes described as acupuncture without needles—became a cornerstone of her practice, allowing her to help clients restore balance, relieve pain, and reconnect with their innate healing abilities. Kristen has worked across diverse fields, from Director of Wellness over mental health sites to mind-body health education and well-being coaching at Penn Medicine, guiding clients through challenges like chronic pain, anxiety, and stress-related illness. Kristen understands your challenges. Due to a series of concussions, Kristen was left unable to work for a year and a half, with possibly no chance of recovery.  Medical Qigong supported her complete return to health when traditional medicine was not working. 

    Whether through Medical Qigong, somatic healing, or personalized coaching, Kristen’s approach is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a belief that healing is not just about recovery—it’s about reclaiming vitality and alignment with one’s true self. Outside of her work, Kristen finds joy in the outdoors—hiking, skiing, and camping with her husband and two children. Jennifer Olivetti, Psy.D.

  • Dr. Olivetti is a licensed psychologist who shares a holistic approach to mental and physical health. Dr. Olivetti completed a Master and a Doctoral degree in Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she trained beside medical doctors, integrating psychological interventions within the Primary Care medical clinic. Dr. Olivetti’s research includes the effect of interpersonal relationships between physicians and patients on patients’ healing and alternative approaches to pain management. She trains consistently on the most current mind-body treatments for anxiety, depression, panic, chronic illness, and trauma and stressor related disorders, including medical trauma. She uses Mindfulness-based therapies, Somatic processing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and other methods that lend themselves to a holistic approach to healing. Dr. Olivetti is certified in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and has been teaching mindfulness practices for over 25 years. She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Dr. Olivetti facilitates groups in the movement center at Sage including Mindful Self -Compassion, Mindful Stress Reduction, and Mindful Movement.

Bethany Cincotta, LMT, AA

  • Practicing massage since 2014,  Bethany has been captivated by the body’s innate ability to heal itself.  She believes that informed and intentional therapeutic touch through massage and bodywork can provide profound shifts towards more ease and freedom in one’s body.  Bethany attended HACC’s massage therapy program in Harrisburg, Pa.  A 900 hour program that provided training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, hygiene, first aid, and CPR. Bethany has extensive training and experience in various modalities including Swedish, MuXing Reflexology, Orthopedic massage, Cupping and Medicupping, Muscular Energy Techniques, Rossiter Stretching, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu. She has seen first hand how massage can improve an individual’s quality of life and sense of wholeness by providing relief from stress, pain, anxiety, and sleep loss. Her goal is to relieve discomfort, increase range of motion, increase body and mind awareness while creating a calm, caring and healing atmosphere for her clients.
