Kristen Andrews, MS
Kristen is a Wellness Coach and Health Educator at Penn Medicine, Lancaster General bringing a wealth of expertise to the realm of meditation and holistic wellness. With a Master of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and on-going studies in Medical Qigong, she offers a unique blend of scientific knowledge and mindfulness practices. Her career spans roles as Director of Wellness overseeing mental health programs, yoga and meditation instruction, as well as coach and exercise physiologist for Division I and professional athletes. Kristen is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal physical and mental well-being through the transformative power of meditation and hands-on-healing energy work.
Bethany Cincotta, LMT, AA
Bethany is a Yamuna Body RollingTM trained instructor. Practicing massage since 2014, Bethany continues to be captivated by the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She believes that informed and intentional therapeutic touch through massage and bodywork can provide profound shifts towards more ease and freedom in one’s body.
Johanna Geister, MS, RN, RYT-200, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, I AM Yoga Nidra Facilitator
Johanna, who has over 30 years of experience in the health care field as a Registered Nurse, views health with a holistic lens and believes the body, mind, spirit and environment are all interconnected. She loves teaching yoga classes and mindfulness workshops. She also works with individuals and organizations to co-create holistic health classes, programs and trainings for individuals and groups based on their health and wellness goals.
Sandy Gordon, LCSW, RYT-200
Sandy is a Y4C Trained Teacher. She has many years of experience working in various health care and mental health settings. Sandy is currently an outpatient mental health therapist and yoga teacher focusing on yoga for anxiety, depression, trauma, cancer, grief, and loss.
Amy Kimmel, RYT-200
Amy is a 200- hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. She completed her training in Baja, Mexico at Yandara Yoga Institute, including studies of breathwork, meditation, and philosophy, with an emphasis on authentic teaching from the heart. Amy wants to empower all patients to use yoga as a tool for their own healing by offering classes that are approachable and nourishing to the mind, body, and spirit.
Katy Krevsky, Certified Unplug Meditation Teacher 200 hrs
Katy began her yoga and meditation journey 20 years ago after becoming a mom for the first time. Meditation brought her an amazing sense of calm amid the chaos of her new life! The challenges of 2020 solidified her commitment to further her meditation education. She is thrilled to be certified and sharing meditation’s universal benefits with family, friends, and the community!
Jyoti Ma
Jyoti is a 500-hour (RYT) yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and kirtan wallah. She has spent the past twenty-five years studying yoga. Jyoti is a student of Swami Shraddhananda Saraswati and Swami Gurusharananda and has studied with, and sat at the feet of, numerous teachers including Mooji Baba Ji, Radhanath Swami, Pujya Swami Chidananda Saraswati, and more. She is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator, certified in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, and has studied bhakti yoga, specifically kirtan, for the past five years. She has authored three books and travels the globe learning about different cultures and food, including regular visits to India to learn yoga from its birthplace.
Jennifer K. Olivetti, Psy.D.
Dr. Olivetti is a licensed psychologist. She works in private practice in Mechanicsburg, in which she uses mindfulness-based therapies, interpersonal neurobiology, somatic processing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and other methods that lend themselves to an integrative approach to healing. Dr. Olivetti has been teaching mindfulness practices for over 25 years.
