The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers within a small team environment. This position involves managing appointment scheduling, maintaining medical records, and collaborating closely with staff to provide excellent patient service. Utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, the coordinator supports daily direct patient contact without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients daily

• Process patient payments and maintain proper records

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EHR systems

• Collaborate with a small healthcare team to coordinate patient care

• Maintain inventory of vitamins/supplement supplies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in patient care coordination

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Effective problem-solving abilities
