Pilates

It is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens deep stabilizing muscles like the abs, glutes, and back, leading to a more sculpted physique and helping to alleviate and prevent pain, particularly in the back. Qigong
Medical Qigong (Chee-Gong) is an ancient form of energy medicine practiced for thousands of years. It is performed by a skilled practitioner who uses their hands to direct and balance the flow of vital energy, or “Qi,” within the body. Through specific techniques, the practitioner can clear blockages and restore harmony, allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to function at their best. Each Medical Qigong session is tailored to the individual’s needs, with a focus on their unique energy patterns and health concerns.
